END OF TENANCY

Our Move In Move out bespoke cleaning is different for every homeowner or Landlord, we will visit the property prior to the appointment to assess what work needs to be carried out to return your new home or rental property to its former clean and hygienic glory.

We will deep clean all kitchen areas including a full sanitization with either chemicals and steam or a mixture of both. (Built-in white good cleaning is at a small extra charge)

Bathroom areas will be deep steam cleaned and sanitized, mold and limescale will be removed where possible.

we will clean and sanitize all painted wooden surfaces I (Doors, architrave, skirting boards and any built-in shelving.

Radiators will be washed and dried, 

​

All Windows and window cills will be steam cleaned (Interior only)

​

we will deep clean all carpeted areas with our 5 stage deep steam (Hot water extraction) cleaning process and we will even deodorize for free.

​

Wooden floor and concrete surfaces will be deep cleaned and sanitized.

​

Walls will be cleaned where possible (Matt paint will not be wiped)
